Whether you’re an experienced co-worker, new to working remotely, or a student needing somewhere quiet, Withington Works (WW) is the space for you.
Our co-working spaces include options for solo working or small groups, with meeting rooms and pods available for in-person collaboration or online meetings (subject to availability).

Choose from our two Withington Works venues, or select a flexible membership that lets you work from either one. Both spaces feature spacious tables, private meeting rooms, kitchenette and hot drinks facilities, with tea and coffee included.
Over its long history, Withington Public Hall has hosted a library, a members’ club, a pub, a music venue, and now a co-working space!
The space is open during the daytime for freelancers, students and remote workers. And when your workweek is done, why not stick around for a pint in the bar, or see what’s on in the event space?
Located above the historic Withington Baths, this space is designed with both work and wellness in mind.
It features a private meeting room, desks with adjustable office chairs, storage and an office kitchen.
And when you choose most Withington Works memberships, you can also enjoy the Withington Baths swimming pool, sauna and gym at a discounted rate. That’s just five minutes from desk to pool!
Here’s what our community likes about our co-working spaces:
It's a community! It's a really nice space to work in, the other users are friendly and welcoming and it creates a really positive and productive environment. I like the option of using the gym during your working day without it being really time consuming. Also, the only place I’ve ever worked where you can combine your lunchtime with a quick sauna!
There’s a positive, productive, and friendly atmosphere in the workspace, and I am really enjoying my time here since moving from an office in the city centre. I also like the fact that there’s a sense of community, freelancers, entrepreneurs and small business owners who all have different knowledge and skills and everyone’s keen to help each other out.
I previously used a coworking space in town, and since I switched to Withington Works I’m much happier; my commute has become a short walk, the office environment is relaxed and friendly and you don’t have to travel to go to the gym anymore. Really recommend!
Everything! But mostly the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It's a community!
The architecture of building. Generally the people are very friendly and create a nice environment to work and socialise
Withington Works is a fantastic workspace – a really bright and comfortable place to get my paperwork done!
