Low Season Revenue Masterclass with Tara Heppell

In this workshop Tara will lead a conversation, on optimising business for restaurants, pubs and cafes in January 2027.

Withington Public Hall Institute has partnered with Withington Works to deliver 10 council funded workshops to maximise the growth and success of LOCAL businesses, charities and freelancers.

Tara Heppell is a seasoned business consultant with over 20 years of experience, and an expansive network within Manchester’s hospitality industry. Tara specialises in growing customer bases for UK hospitality brands and venues through business development, sales strategy and remarkable events.

In this workshop Tara will lead a conversation, on optimizing business for restaurants, pubs and cafes in January 2027. She will draw from the tips and tricks she has learnt working with the big operators, to now champion and empower independent businesses. Utilising her specialties in sales strategy, Tara will focus on how independent hospitality businesses can boost sales and maximise trade in January’s low season.

If you are in the hospitality industry and are thinking for ways to stay afloat when the Christmas rush is over, come along to this free workshop and activate your long-term business plan for the new year.

Additonal Info

We’re able to provide our services and workshops for free thanks to funding from the UK government. To help us continue offering these free of charge, we ask attendees to share some information with our funders about who we’ve supported. If you’re happy to help with this, please bring one of the following with you on the day:

• Your National Insurance (NI) number – if you haven’t yet registered a business

• Your Companies House registration number or Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) – if you’ve registered a company or are self-employed/sole trader registered with HMRC

This is entirely optional and won’t affect your place on the workshop if you’d rather not share it.
